If for any reason your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to the local sorting office. You will need to provide a form of identification to pick up your order at this stage.
Any item purchased has to be collected within 90 days of delivery to the store. If the order is not collected within 90 days, it will be automatically cancelled and subject to a 30% restocking fee of the full order value.
Most of our products are made-to-order by our expert craftspeople, this enables us to pass on the savings directly to you, we make your chosen jewelry to order. This usually takes between 2-3 working weeks and 3-4 working weeks for bespoke items. Quick delivery jewelry is ready to be shipped and will be with you in 2-3 working days. Once your product has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number, to allow you to track your order.
All our products are individually labelled with specific delivery times given on product pages.
Updates regarding your order should be available approximately two weeks after it has been placed. Once your product has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email, which will allow you to check the status of your delivery. If a delay in your delivery should occur, we will keep you updated on your order's status and provide a new delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any loss you may suffer on account of late delivery or cancellation of your order.
If for any reason you wish to have your product delivered to an alternative address to your billing address, we require the following information from you:
A copy of the payment card holder’s photo ID - passport or driving license is recommended.
A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement - dated from the last three months, in order for us to verify your billing address.

This is in accordance with our secure packaging in transit policy, where our external packaging makes no reference to our brand name or the type of item that is inside. We don't offer gift cards at the moment but if you are buying a gift, our 30-days return policy gives you plenty of time to return your order if you're unhappy. Your item(s) must be in an unworn and pristine condition for a full refund or exchange and with the original tag attached or alongside the product.
All returns will be assessed by our operations team prior to being accepted. Assessment usually takes between 7-10 days to be processed.
